When trying to think of a way to celebrate this wonderful man on his birthday I got to thinking of how much he loves his friends and family. He is the type of person that would do whatever he can for those he loves. When I ask Jon about his childhood or his favorite memories he always tells me what a bad memory he has so this year on his birthday I would love to have all of his friends and family remind him of all the great times in his life that his bad memory may have forgotten. I remember the first time I met you guys! You lifted Jake off of his feet in a big bear hug and then you did the same to me! You are always so full of love and life! We are so glad you and Caylee are close "framily"! Love you guys! Happy Birthday Jon!
ReplyDeleteWell I was always thankful to Jon on Sundays during sacrament meeting when Scott was deployed. All it took was him giving Rylan "the look" to make him behave! He also filled that daddy role by playing with Rylan and being a good influence on him. I will always be thankful for you helping me to raise my son while we were without Scott!

ReplyDeleteMy first memory of Jon was seeing him after I was already married to Scott and there was still 1 brother I hadn't met, he came off the airplane and walking (sauntering lol) towards his family in a cowboy hat! lol I still see that in my head sometimes. in the past, almost, 12 years since I have gotten to know him and was totally excited when his future wife would be my cousin! (totally gave him like a million good points! lol) He is a great uncle and dad, a great brother in law and I know Scott loves him tons!! I hope he had a great birthday!!
